Kim worked hard to be sure the sellers followed through on everything that was on our to do list with the sellers. She went into the crawlspace so that she could ensure the punch list was completed. She communicated with us almost daily to keep us informed of any open items.

Steve and his team did an excellent job selling our house. Every time an issue came up Steve handled it for us with patience, professionalism and personal attention. His relationship with local contractors was incredibly helpful. We were so comfortable with the handling of our house that we moved out before it was sold leaving Steve and his team to handle everything for us long distance. We would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his team.
